1. Which areas do you cover?

We can provide house cleaning within 1, 2, 3 and 4 London zones. Carpet and upholstery cleaning we cover most areas within the M25.

2. What are your working hours?

Our cleaners work from Monday to Saturday
Monday - Friday 7:00 - 18:00
Saturday 9:00 - 14:00
Sunday Closed

 3. How do I make payment?

We accept cash, bank transfer, card and cheque payments.

 4. Are you insured?

Yes, Nikki Cleaning is a licensed and fully insured cleaning services company in London

5. Do you provide the cleaning materials and equipment?

The services: Carpet cleaning and Upholstery cleaning include providing our own materials and equipment.

The services End of Tenancy, One-Off Deep Cleaning services we do not provide the materials and equipment . If you would like materials and equipment to be included for this type of job, we can do that for different price

6. What happens if a cleaner loses the keys?

First we can assure you that the address is not kept with the keys. If our cleaner loses the key(s) we will give you a ring as soon as we find out and we will ask you to change the locks. Keep the receipt and return it to us – we will pay you straight away in cash or cheque the amount you have paid.

7. Do I have to pay extra for any congestion charges or parking fees?

Our quoted price includes all taxes and services. The only charges that might apply on top of the price, are congestion charge or parking fees. If you are able to provide a free parking space for the cleaners, you will not pay anything in addition (Only for the Cleaning services require our cleaning materials and equipments).

8. Can you provide reference from some of customers?

Yes, We can provide you references from our costumers.

9. Do you have a cancellation fee?

We apply a cancellation fee only if the service is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time or if the customer fails to provide accessto our team as previously arranged
